Academic Advising Appointments
- The advising process will be identical to future semesters, simply through Zoom instead of in person
- Continue to make appointments through Starfish (note: this includes during "Drop-In Week", appointments must always be made in advance)
- Continue to e-mail your adviser as normal for simple questions
- Use this website to view courses offered in past summers to aid in planning potential Summer 2021 courses until officially published
Diversity Enhancement Programs

Business Career Center
- Services will be offered virtually until further notice; use this e-mail address for questions
- Visit Nittany Lion Careers to schedule a virtual appointment with a career coach (once logged into NLC, click 'Counseling Appt' button along the left side then click 'Request New Appointment', where you will enter details, time, date, etc.)

Contacting Smeal Departments Remotely
- As always, Smeal academic advisers are not able to put students in or take students out of any courses, whether they are open or full
- Please make sure to read the "Course Enrollment Notes" and pre-requisites to make sure you are eligible to take the specific section of the course prior to contacting the department
- Any overriding into a full course is requested (but not guaranteed) through the Academic Department and should only be done in extreme circumstances (graduating this semester, just entered the major, etc.)
