Service Oriented Organizations
Jared Box Project Club
Our Jared Box Project Club is affiliated with the national non-profit organization, "The Jared Box Project." The mission of The Jared Box Project is to lift the spirits of children in the hospital. A Jared Box is a shoebox filled with small toys, games and fun activities. Boxes are given to young patients in emergency rooms, hospital rooms, surgical centers, and clinics across the country. As the Penn State Jared Box Club we create Jared Boxes and invite other PSU clubs, organizations and students to get involved in making boxes too. In addition, we organize campus wide events that invite all Penn State students to come together and make Jared Boxes.
