Listservs
A listserv or list server is a program that sends messages to multiple e-mail addresses on a mailing list. When a student subscribes to a mailing list, the listserv will automatically add the e-mail address and distribute future messages along with all other e-mail subscribers on the list. Students may also unsubscribe to the list if they no longer want to receive e-mails.
Listservs are a key communication tool that we use at Smeal to help you stay connected with the latest community information essential to life on campus.
