Schedule an Appointment

This is where Smeal students interested in studying abroad or in an international internship can schedule an appointment with an International Programs Coordinator. Meetings will be held using Zoom during the remote-learning period.

Smeal Office of International Programs

*** SOIP Office is CLOSED over the Penn State Thanksgiving Break, November 23-27. ***

We will be monitoring the general email (smeal-international@psu.edu) during this time, but responses may be delayed depending on urgency of the request.

FALL 2020 and SPRING 2021 Advising Appointments Online

Due to COVID-19, our office will continue to advise remotely throughout the Spring 2021 semester. BA and DUS students may schedule an online appointment via Starfish and then meet with us using Zoom. For instructions and access to Zoom  https://cmm.psu.edu/zoom/

BA and DUS students planning a Smeal College of Business major are welcome to meet with a Smeal International Programs Coordinator at any point in the Study Abroad process. If you have already met with one of our Coordinators, please continue to meet with the same person. Typical appointments are scheduled for thirty minutes. If you feel that you will need a longer time or you are going to bring a friend, please schedule two appointments in a row.
