Kim Jeffery serves as chairman of Nestle Waters North America, a role he assumed in early 2013 after 20 years as president and chief executive officer. Jeffery joined the company in 1978 as central division sales manager and over the following years advanced to lead posts in sales, marketing, and operations. He stepped into the company's top position of president and CEO in 1992. Under his leadership, Nestle Waters North America developed into the leading bottled water company in America, with 7,500 employees, 30 plants, and more than 100 facilities. Jeffery is in the Beverage Industry Hall of Fame as well as the International Bottled Water Association Hall of Fame, and in 2007 he received the Beverage Forum Lifetime Achievement Award. A native of Wilmette, Illinois, Jeffery received a B.A. degree from Hillsdale College in Hillsdale, Michigan.
