Interested in an MBA?

If you are interested in obtaining your MBA degree directly after completion of your undergraduate studies, learn more here.

The choice to go for your MBA immediately after your senior year as an undergraduate student is a difficult decision. It does have on main advantage. You're already in "study mode" and there isn't a need to take a break in your career to go back to school. If you do choose to go this route, here are some tips to get into the MBA program of your choice:

  1. Recruiters look for maturity, outstanding academics, leadership experience, a focused plan, and an exceptional work ethic. An overall put-together candidate is one that recruiters will strongly consider.
  2. It is crucial to get as much real-world experiences as you are able to. A candidate should focus on academics, leadership, and self-awareness. Those qualified individuals should expect a much different experience that those in college with a more rigorous workload.
  3. Always ask the right questions! It is important to know why you want to obtain your MBA and that the program you may be interviewing with is where you want to be.

Students who are looking to pursue an MBA have many resources available to them. Talk to current students in the program and to alumni who have decided to take the same path.
