Schreyer scholars enrolled in Smeal form a unique connection between their honors studies and the business community that awaits them. The Smeal College is committed to helping scholars achieve the Schreyer Honors College mission of achieving academic excellence, building a global perspective, and creating opportunities for leadership and civic engagement. Smeal scholars have the opportunity to work with a Smeal honors adviser upon acceptance to Penn State. Your adviser will help you formulate an academic plan that incorporates your learning goals and objectives, including fulfilling your honors requirements, major selection, minors and study abroad opportunities. In addition, you will have a specially trained faculty honors adviser in your major department.
