Determining your program year - Your major requirements (courses) are determined by your “program year”.  This is the year that you officially enter your major. For example, if you began your first year in the fall of 2007, and entered into your major in the summer/fall of 2009, then your program year would be 2009.  Some samples are marked as tentative because major requirements can be changed prior to you entering your major.

Entrance to a major- Entrance to a major in the Smeal College of Business is based on University policy, which outlines strict procedures for applying to and being offered enrollment into a Smeal College major. Offers are competitive and decisions are based on the college’s entrance-to-major requirements.  Please refer to our student exchange website for more information.
